Rates & Policies

Your Balloon ride is approximately forty-five minutes to one hour duration. On this ride you may be sharing a gondola with up to four or five other passengers depending on the number in your group.

Book 2 or more:	$190
Young Adults (11 - 15):	$175
Children (6 -10):	$125

Exclusive Rides

Exclusive Ride: $395

This is an exclusive balloon ride for you and your guest. You and your guest along with the pilot will have exclusive use of the balloon for that special occasion. Ride is approximately forty-five minutes to one hour long.
*Cost per passenger is $395

Reservations

You must make a reservation in advance for a balloon ride. Reservations are only taken by telephone. Payment must be made in full two - three weeks ahead of scheduled ride date by mailing a check or money order for payment of your ride. Or for short notice reservations; cash only. Credit card payments unavailable. Once payment is received we will e-mail, phone or mail you a flight confirmation.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available and may be ordered over the telephone at (574)534-2000. Gift Certificates expire one year from the date of purchase and will be mailed to you upon receipt of payment. Gift certificates are non-refundable and may be transferred upon approval by Balloon Fantasy of Goshen. Your gift certificate can be mailed or picked up.

Passenger Release

Each person riding in the balloon must sign a passenger release, no exceptions. Minors (under 18) must have written parental or legal guardian consent to ride in our balloons. Please read the release information entirely. If you have questions or concerns regarding the release we will gladly address them.

Refunds

Refunds are available, less a $75 administration fee, up to 7 days from the date of purchase. The refund will only be returned to the original purchaser. There are absolutely no refunds after weather postponements or rescheduling, even if within 7 days of purchase. Inclement weather can force us to postpone your flight and you will then need to reschedule. Failing to show up at all - or arriving late enough to miss the flight - is considered a " No- Show ", consequently, your ride will then be deemed complete and a refund, unavailable.

Flight Cancellation

Ballooning is a weather dependent activity.We reserve the right to cancel a flight if safety is ever in question and/or the weather conditions are deemed unfavorable by the pilot. It is important to schedule a balloon flight with a back-up date in mind just in case weather conditions on the scheduled date are unfavorable for balloon flying. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities.
